Nanoscale optical probes to monitor neural activity

The project will be focused on the theoretical design of different nanoscale systems capable of measuring the synaptic activity of neurons in living organisms. Science and bioengineering students from underrepresented backgrounds in STEAM are especially encouraged to apply.
