Research infrastructure opportunities at the new Solaris synchrotron in Krakow

Solaris synchrotron is the first Polish synchrotron constructed in 2015, with a first operational beamline in 2018. Currently it has 6 operational beamlines with 3 additional ones under construction. The talk will give a brief outline of the synchrotron, the available techniques and beamline parameters. The last part will focus on Chemical Infrared Imaging (CIRI) beamline and the opportunities for nanoscale imaging and spectroscopy.
