\- SPECIAL SEMINAR-
Inspired by insect feet, spongy nanoporous stamps with topographically
patterned contact surfaces are used for lithographic stamping. Thus, dense
arrays of functional submicron-sized spots and nanoparticles as well as films
containing arrays of micron-sized holes were generated on solid substrates.
Multiple successive stamping cycles can be carried out manually under ambient
conditions without reloading the spongy nanoporous stamps with ink.
