Equality with a Gender Perspective at nanoGUNE

CIC nanoGUNE is a pilot institution in the H2020 project R&I PEERS, which aims at analyzing the state of the art and establishing a gender equality plan for the institute. In collaboration with our Gender Equality Committee and consultants from Elhuyar, a questionnaire was launched in 2018 and the current situation with regard to equality with a gender perspective was analyzed. The aim was to identify areas where specific actions are needed and possible to be performed. This seminar will give an overview of the results of the analysis and proposed actions, contextualising with institutional data when possible. Next steps of the process will be also presented. In addition, the newly established gender equality committee of CIC nanoGUNE will be introduced.
