Superlattices of gold nanoparticles,as seen in the image, support interesting
plasmonic properties such as lattice plasmons that depends on the period of
the superlattice. This talk will first focus on the fabrication of such
structures ,through a templated self-assembly process of gold nanoparticles of
different size and shapes, and then on the optical properties of such
structures.
