PhD at the University of the Basque Country

Especially for those of you doing your PhD at the UPV/EHU, I would like to organize a short seminar (around 30'?) to introduce you to the bureaucratic issues involved in it (general procedures, registrations, deadlines, fees, requirements, regulations coming soon, European Doctorate, PCAM,...). I will also bee an opportunity to collect your questions and try to find the appropriate answers (I am sure I won't know the answer to many of them).
