**Sexual and Gender-Based anti-Harassment Protocol** Beatriz Arrizabalaga, Aitziber Eleta, and Itziar Otegui CIC nanoGUNE In this seminar, we will present the Sexual and Gender-Based Anti-Harassment Protocol, put in place in order to (i) prevent sexual and gender-based harassment and (ii) act against it in case such an intolerable behaviour occurs. The protocol has been launched in April 2022 in the framework of nanoGUNE's Equality Plan (4th Key Area - A safe working environment), and is the result of a collaboration with Elhuyar Aholkularitza and our Gender Equality Committee. **Host:** Itziar Otegui
