Thermodynamics of quantum systems in the presence of interaction and correlation Quantum thermodynamics employs quantum mechanics to study thermodynamical properties of an open quantum system. In this talk, I will demonstrate a framework to obtain thermodynamics of a non-equilibrium quantum system out of its dynamics. In particular, I will discuss rules governing heat and work flow and entropy exchange in a quantum system in the presence of interaction and correlations with an environment. I will show how dynamical properties such as Markovianity and non-Markovianity affect entropy production in one of the sub- systems. I will also introduce a non-equlibrium temperature.
