Computational Enzymology: a Comprehensive Approach to Study Diverse Mechanisms of RNA Catalysis In this talk, I will revise the work carried out in our group to develop and apply new multiscale quantum modeling tools to gain a predictive understanding of the molecular mechanisms of biocatalysis and the factors that control activity. In particular, I will show our more recent work to understand the mechanisms of RNA catalysis. Insights from our simulations motivate the design of new biotechnology and facilitate discovery and innovation. Host: Xabier Lopez
