The most inner region of galaxies is increasingly becoming accessible with the advent of more powerful observational facilities. This sneak pic of the very central region of our galaxy possibly will let us answer some of the many questions still pending about its formation process. Numerical simulations constitute a powerful tool to dig into this kind of studies. We use galaxies from EAGLE simulations and from the CIELO project to study the morphological components and their relation with the stellar populations, paying special attention to their angular momentum content.
