Structured quantum optics (part 1)

In these two tutorials, we will discuss the quantization of structured light fields, as well as the production and detection of spatially structured quantum correlations. Both free space and cavity quantum optics will be treated. In the first lecture we will revisit the nonlinear processes involved in the production of quantum correlations in the few-photon regime along with the measurement techniques adapted to their detection. In the second lecture we will discuss the methods for cavity amplification and the homodyne detection scheme for intense quantum structured light beams.
