PhD Seminars are back in 2026
All PhD students of CFM and DIPC are warmly invited to contribute and actively participate to the PhD student seminar series presenting their work.
The first speakers are:
1. Carolina Martinez Strasser
''The non-Hermitian Stub lattice''
2. Antonio Morales
''Realistic Coupled-Mode Descriptions of Quantum Light-Matter Crystals''
PhD students’ seminars are part of the training of all PhD students at CFM and DIPC. Second- and third-year students are particularly encouraged to participate as speakers!
HOW?
In each seminar two students (one from CFM and other from DIPC) explain their PhD project and their main achievements in about 15-20 minutes to a broad (other PhD students and more) audience.
Each presentation is chaired by the other PhD student presenting on the same day, who introduces the presenter and asks at least one question. You are warmly invited to ask questions.
This is also an opportunity to contact other PhD students and to know about each other's research work.
