Dear everyone,

This Friday, June 13th, starting at 10 am, we will have a new Quantum Breakfast and Friends edition. As usual, the location will be at CFM auditorium.

As you may know, entanglement is a fundamental and distinctive feature of quantum science. At the OCoQuBaF (Organizing Committee of Quantum Breakfast and Friends), we are well aware of this. That’s why we’re thrilled to present the first entangled Quantum Breakfast and Friends: a couple-QB, brought together by love and quantum correlations.

• 10:00 "Excitonic landscapes: TD-DFT in action in the realm of van der Waals materials", María Camarasa Gómez.

• 11:00 "Excitonic landscapes: GW-BSE and application to heterobilayers and many-body magneto-optics", Daniel Hernangómez Pérez.

We intend these talks to be educational in a distended atmosphere. They are a good opportunity to gain insight in quantum technologies, as well as to bring together the local community.
