Gender Equality and Diversity at CFM: State of the art and harassment protocol

The Gender Equality Plan of CFM was designed in 2019 and launched in 2020. In this seminar we would like to introduce the Gender Equality Committee, share an overview of the plan, emphasizing the main key areas, and highlighting the outcome of the implementation phase in which CFM is immersed at the moment. We will also present the tailor made PROTOCOL of workplace harassment at CFM, designed to prevent and act on any harassment scenario, as a useful and handy tool to ensure safety and wellness in our working space. All the community is invited to attend this seminar, and specially the group leaders are encouraged to participate. Attendance from members of other institutions is also welcome. ZOOM:
