Tema de investigación

Investigation, in collaboration with the company Rhodia, of the structure and dynamics of water adsorbed in polyamide (nylon) films, as a function of the percentage of crystalline phase and temperature. These studies aim at enhancing the barrier properties of polyamide with respect to the adsorption of water and other organic solvents, improving the durability of nylon-based products.
