Tema de investigación

Dielectric spectroscopy measurements on water solutions of trehalose are performed and analyzed in order to understand the origin of trehalose peculiarity (with respect to other sugars) in preserving biosystem structure and function. In particular, the specific role of water dynamics is investigated.
