Since 2009, DIPC has been organising large-scale encounters between leading international scientists and Nobel laureates and students from the Basque Country. 

The 15th edition of the encounter will take place on October 16, 2025, at Eureka! Zientzia Museoa, Donostia/San Sebastián.

This edition, moderated by Pedro Miguel Etxenike, will feature the pioneer in the interface between DNA nanotechnology and cell biology Yamuna Krishnan (The University of Chicago), the Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry Jean-Marie Lehn (Université de Strasbourg), and the Nobel Prize winner in Physiology or Medicine Jack W. Szostak (The University of Chicago).

It is organized by DIPC, and it has the support of the Department of Science, Universities and Innovation of the Basque Government, Kutxa Fundazioa, as well as Telefónica.
