The DIPC Supercomputing Center offers different services, from Help Desk (IT services) and control of the center's internal network, to supercomputers administration and assistance to researchers in using them. This section details the characteristics of all these services.

Whenever possible, please contact us using the general support account and avoid sending emails to the staff personal email accounts. Also, have in mind that the preferred way of contacting us is by email rather than telephone not to stop the workflow.
