This prestigious recognition is awarded jointly by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS) and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE)
The President of CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) and member of the DIPC Board of Partners, Andrés Arizkorreta, has been recognised together with Andrea Sironi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali, with the Tiepolo 2024 Award, jointly granted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS) and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
This prestigious award is given to Spanish and Italian leaders in the economic and business sphere, in recognition for their career and contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries.
In the case of Arizkorreta, the jury highlighted his role, and that of the company he leads, in the modernisation and cohesion of the transport sector in the main regions of Italy, promoting cleaner and more sustainable mobility and greater energy efficiency.
The award ceremony took place on 18 November at the headquarters of the Italian Embassy in Madrid, in the presence of Ambassador Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi and representatives of the main institutions and companies of both countries.
