Professor J. Iñaki Juaristi Oliden has been appointed to the editorial board of the Physical Review Letters
We are glad to announce that Professor J. Iñaki Juaristi Oliden, has been appointed to the editorial board of the Physical Review Letters as a Divisional Associate Editor for Chemical Physics. Iñaki Juaristi, full professor at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and vice director of the Materials Physics Center (CFM, CSIC-UPV/EHU), is a prominent DIPC member since its inception.
Physical Review Letters (PRL) is an influential scientific journal that plays a critical role in the field of physics by publishing groundbreaking research in the form of concise and rigorously reviewed articles. Its wide readership and reputation for high-quality publications make PRL an essential platform for disseminating important discoveries and shaping the direction of physics research worldwide.
This appointment is a recognition of the trajectory of Professor Juaristi, who has been developing his work in the Gas/solid interfaces group at CFM, consolidating himself as an expert in the area.
PRL Divisional Associate Editors are appointed for three years and play an essential role in the editorial process by serving as referee in the adjudication of difficult cases, offering advice on journal policy, and identifying new referees.
