Researchers are embarking on increasingly diverse careers where collaboration, networking and interdisciplinarity are becoming more important. Transferable skills or the so called soft-skills, such as, communication skills and leadership, can help researchers not only operate more effectively in different work environments or disseminate their results better, but more importantly, can be helpful across different areas of life.
DIPC is committed to the integral training of our researchers with a focus on our youngest researchers. For this reason, troughtout the year, we offer such transferable skills training activities for researchers at all levels.
