Palaeontologist David Huxley must make a good impression on society matron Mrs. Random, who is considering donating one million dollars to his museum. On the day before his wedding, Huxley meets Mrs. Random’s high-spirited young niece, Susan Vance, a madcap adventuress who immediately falls for the straitlaced scientist.
First Idoia Mujika will give a brief presentation and after the screening there will be a question and answer session.

About the speaker
Idoia Mujika Mendiola is communication and outreach manager at the Materials Physics Center (CFM, mixed CSIC-UPV/EHU), where she also coordinates the Gender and Diversity plan. She received her PhD in Organic Chemistry in 2009 from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), and she led her career towards science outreach and education working for 7 years at the Eureka! science museum creating educational and playful contents. In 2017 she joined the CFM and since then she is actively involved in outreach and equality projects linked to the scientific community. She is mother of twins since 2015 and she combines her career with raising them.
