Machine Learning Methods Applied to the Mutagenesis of Ion Channels.

The student will contribute to the development of Machine Learning methods aimed at studying the impact of mutations in ion channels. They will be responsible for implementing and training machine learning models that have been developed within our research group, with the goal of predicting the pathogenicity of mutations within the KCNQ gene family.
