How to apply

To apply for an internship, please fill out the "Internship Request Form" that you will find in the menu on the right.

At the time of application, you must have your CV and a transcript of your academic record in pdf format.

If you have other, non-mandatory documents you would like to attach, please include them in "other non-mandatory documents" in pdf format. Examples: reference letters, letters of interest, etc. You can only upload one pdf file, so combine all documents into one pdf if necessary.

Since you have probably not yet completed your studies, the academic transcript we are requesting is for reference purposes only, to visualize your academic background. We do not need the final transcript.

If you are currently pursuing a master's degree, please send us your undergraduate transcripts as well as your master's transcripts, even if the master's degree is not yet completed. Remember that we do not need the final transcript.

Note that this is a competitive grant (more than 200 applications in 2024!) and without those documents we cannot evaluate your application.

In the form, select the three projects that interest you the most in order of interest. Note that the project leader is the one who will select the student based on your academic background.

The preferred language for all documents is English.

Deadline for applications is March 16, 2025 (23:55 h). Applicants can expect to hear from us by April 30.
