Designer interactions between superconducting qubits

In this project we will learn about how to use superconductors and other materials to design qubits, i.e. the fundamental building blocks of quantum computers. In particular, we will be concerned with the nature of the interactions between qubits. The students will learn basic concepts about superconducting spin qubits, which involves learning about some interesting and fun applications of superconductivity and also some simple mechanisms in quantum magnetism.
