The role

The DIPC has installed a new web server and some old web pages must be transferred from the old server to the new one.
 

Desired background & competences

The candidate must have experience in the Plone content management system and in Linux administration.

The center

DIPC is a research center whose mission is to perform and catalyze cutting-edge research in physics and related disciplines, as well as to convey scientific culture to society. Located in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain), DIPC was born from a strategic alliance of both public institutions and private companies. Since 2008 DIPC is a 'Basque Excellence Research Center' (BERC) recognized by the Basque Government's Department of Education. In 2019, DIPC was also recognized as a "Severo Ochoa" Excellence Center by the Spanish Research Agency.

The candidate is going to work with the DIPC Supercomputing Center team.

Selection process

Applications received by the deadline will be evaluated by a Committee designed by the DIPC board on the basis of the following criteria:

  • CV of the candidate (30%)
  • Proved experience and its adequacy to the offered position (30%)
  • Cover letter (10%)
  • Personal interview (30%)

Those profiles that, at the discretion of the committee, do not meet any of the requirements for the job position will not be evaluated. Furthermore, a minimum of 50 out of 70 in the evaluation of the CV, experience and cover letter will be required to proceed to the personal interview phase.

The final resolution of the selection process will be published on the DIPC website as early as possible.
