Purpose

Capturing and recording pictures of people and vehicles entering the center’s premises for the purposes of security and surveillance.

Terms or criteria for keeping the data

The pictures will be kept for one month, unless they need to be blocked or kept for action against an infringement or due to an order by judges or prosecutors.

Legitimacy

Art. 6.1.e) of the GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

Art. 22 of the LOPD-GDD (Spanish Data Protection Act): natural persons or legal entities, whether public or private, may process images using still or video camera systems for the purpose of ensuring the security of their people and property, as well as their premises.

Instruction 1/2006 of 8th November 2006 by the AEPD (Spanish data protection Agency) regarding the processing of personal data for surveillance purposes using still or video camera systems.

Addressees

Your data can only be passed on to judicial bodies or the judicial police in response to a court order.

You are entitled to access, correct and delete the data, as well as other rights, as shown in the further information.
