IP applications, problems with the Internet connection or the connection from outside the DIPC to the clusters,...

Currently the Internet connection is provided by the UPV/EHU and i2basque through a 1 Gbps fiber optic channel. WIFI connection is possible from every building of the DIPC. The SSIDs available are:

Eduroam (target audience: DIPC staff and personal of other institutions which are part of the eduroam programme, in possession of suitable credentials at their home institution)
EHU-wGuest (target audience: visitors and workshops). Contact us in order to obtain the access credentials

If you want to connect your laptop to the Internet network (by cable with a new IP address or using WIFI) or if you have any problem with the network connection, please contact us using support-it@dipc.org e-mail.
