IT Services

This area is responsible for providing and giving computer support to all service personnel and researchers at the center so that they can carry out their work in adequate conditions. The services offered are the following:

• Provision and support of personal computers (hardware and operating system).
• Network configuration of laptops.
• Configuration and support of printers.
• Installation of office automation & scientific software in personal computers.
• Software development for office automation.
• Microcomputer & software purchases.

Do you need an email account?

• Users interested in obtain a personal DIPC e-mail account (i.e. subdomain @dipc.org) have to fill in this form and send it to support-it@dipc.org.
• Users interested in obtain an UPV/EHU account (i.e. subdomain[at]ehu.eus) that grants access to the UPV/EHU services (e-mail, VPN, EDUROAM, etc) have to fill in this form and send it to support-it@dipc.org.
