Bertsozientzia

Bertsozientzia is an initiative that combines science and bertsolaritza, one of the Basque Country's most successful cultural activities.

In 2019, Bertsozientzia was organised for the second time in several towns in Gipuzkoa in collaboration with the Chair of Scientific Culture of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and local partners such as the association Zarautz On and Lemniskata Goierriko Zientzia Sare Herrikoia.

Under the name "Jakinduriek Mundue erreko dau" (Knowledge will burn the world), each of the events brought together three scientists and three bertsolaris and was presented by the well-known communicator and comedian Kike Amonarriz.
